  • All desserts are made-to-order and available for pick-up and pre-ordered carry-out.

    We do not currently offer delivery.

    When you add a Dessert to your bag, you will be prompted to select a pickup day & time.

    Orders placed by Wednesday 5 pm Central are available for pickup the immediate Thursday & Friday to follow.

    At checkout, you will be provided with pickup information. Our Concierge Team will coordinate any pickup details with you if required.

    Special Requests: We require a 72-hour advance notice for cake requests. Special Requests are available for pick-up Wed-Sat.

  • If you require changes to your order (color, flavor, size, date), note a $10 administration fee is applied for all order changes and/or cancellations

    If you need to cancel your order, reach out to orders@veesbakeshoppe.com immediately. We will try to stop the order but can only cancel orders that have been processed or delivered.

  • Due to each dessert being specially crafted for every recipient upon ordering and the main item being a food-based item, we cannot offer exchange or accept returns.

    Return Policy: Due to FDA regulations with regard to desserts, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of desserts once they have left our facility.

    Should there be an issue with your order, please contact our Concierge Team at orders@veesbakeshoppe.com within 30 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it, amicably.
