Friday, October 13. Hosted by the Browery Collective, the Whiskey Washback pays homage to whiskey innovators. Whiskey Washback TX was the epitome of a curated whiskey experience set against the backdrop of the stylish 2616 Commerce Event Center in Dallas, TX. This evening affair was the ultimate destination for whiskey enthusiasts, foodies, and those looking for an unforgettable night out.

We served some of our most popular fall/winter signature recipes known to pair exceptionally well with many of the whiskeys & bourbons that were offered at the Dallas fest. Signature desserts included: Nutcracker brownies, Sweet Potato brownies, Grandma’s Cookies & Cream, Oatmeal Craisin cookies, Chocolate Pound Cake, and White Chocolate Cake.
