Smoked Chicken in the Oven


3 bone-in chicken breast with skin, cut in halves (I suggest allowing your chicken to reach room temperature)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp hickory-flavored liquid smoke
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper


Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Arrange chicken pieces in a lightly greased baking dish. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Then sprinkle with dry ingredients.

Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
